Founded in 2018 in North Vancouver, Warped Wood editions is a boutique publishing label dedicated to celebrating the literary voices shaped by the creative energy of the coastal mountains of BC. Our name draws inspiration from the natural warping of wood in our damp coastal climate—a beautiful imperfection that tells a story of time and place.
We specialize in limited-run, local first books. We are a small team of writers, editors, and designers who are passionate about the creative spirit the coastal mountains of BC bring to the authors who live here.
